**About this role**:
One of Australia’s top Architecture studios are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to coordinate tenders, EOIs, internal & external marketing and media. The studio was founded in Australia and has since expanded internationally, working across a variety of disciplines including Architecture, Interiors and Urban Design.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing and communications plan
- Manage all formal responses to expressions of interest and tender documents
- Oversee the writing, editing, and formatting of submissions and marketing collateral
- Build and enhance best practice case studies, bids, awards, and testimonials
- Lead and coordinate tasks for the National Marketing Team
- Support the development of new business
- Prepare updates to the leadership team with a quarterly review

**Skills and Experience**
- 5+ years experience in a similar Marketing Manager role, A&D industry experience highly regarded
- A strong understanding of the bids and tender process, as well as technical requirements for print and digital output
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Suite

Rennel Richardson

Bio: Rennel studied Interior Design at CATC, part of The Billy Blue College of Design before founding a boutique Interior Design firm in Sydney that specialised in residential interiors. Rennel originally joined Bespoke in the architecture team and now utilises her knowledge to help recruit salespeople, business developers, marketers and support staff across Sydney’s architectural and interior product markets.
