**Objective of Role**

This call center sales role (internally known as Careers Advisor) is responsible for responding to course enquiries, acquire enrolments and general administration.

**Responsibilities include**
- Responding to all Student enquiries
- Following up student enquiries within set timeframes
- Ensuring that the correct local research is completed prior to contact the enquiry
- Sale of additional student services and courses as required
- Ensure our students are allocated a Mentor prior to enrolment (AIPT)
- Student enrolments completed accurately, and details entered into the relevant system.
- Process payments and record verbal scripts including parental verbal's when required
- Ensuring that sales targets are met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Previous call-centre or sales experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Strong communication with the ability to identify our customer's needs
- Self motivated with a strong urge to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
