We are seeking a motivated Phone Sales Agent working with warm leads, to join the team at a Registered Training Organisation. Your primary responsibility will be responding to course enquiries, acquiring enrolments, and providing general administration support. You'll match individuals with the right program to fulfil their career goals, while assisting existing members dental practices, in recruiting potential staff through our Mentoring and Campus Programs.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary Education
- Minimum 1 year of Sales and Customer Service experience essential
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Skills**:

- Strong persuasive and communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to student enquiries promptly and professionally
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Upsell additional student services and courses as needed
- Accurately complete student enrolments and maintain records
- Ensure all students are matched with a campus and course
- Develop relationships with Campus Directors, Mentors and industry partners
- Provide reports to the National Sales Manager
- Understand, implement, participate, and promote Policies and Procedures, Company Core Values and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) objectives, processes, and procedures.
