Our client is looking for Customer Service officers to join their team in North Ryde. They have an excellent reputation in providing high quality and innovative business solutions their clients. **Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- take high volume inbound calls - around 60 calls daily
- assist customers with account, sales, technical, product, order and delivery enquiries
- ensure customer records are accurate and up to date
- build long term relationships with customers, clients

**What you will bring**:

- Previous contact centre or customer service experience in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team and meet KPIs
- Accuracy, great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
