Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) are an industry leader in utility and renewable high-voltage power solutions. We design, construct, commission and maintain renewable energy infrastructure such as substations, wind farms and battery storage systems.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Talent & Resourcing Advisor to support the business through a transition of growth by leading end-to-end recruitment in a national role.

**Your key responsibilities**:
Lead recruitment for blue collar roles across SA, VIC, NSW and QLD
Create sourcing strategies by optimising search tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Premium Talent), building pipelines and developing your network
Build strong relationships with hiring managers
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
12 months experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
Demonstrated knowledge of best practice recruitment and selection
Ability to actively source talent and build pipelines using search tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent time management and organisation, with the ability to juggle multiple job vacancies
