**Job Description**:
You are a well-organised multi-tasker, able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential human resources duties. You’re a great relationship builder and excellent communicator. A trusted advisor, you anticipate and resolve issues, providing expert advice to your stakeholders.
**What you will be doing**:
- Providing support and advice to team members on human resources related enquiries
- Supporting department managers with all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Preparing contracts and employment letters
- Preparing monthly talent & culture reports
- Managing WHS, Return to Work and compliance activities
- Coach and assist with performance management processes
- Supporting the Finance team with payroll preparation
- Organising and implementing administrative systems & procedures, and performing necessary talent & culture support duties
**Qualifications**:
**Your experience and skills include**:
- Previous solid experience in a similar role essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise work in fast paced service environment
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
- Return to Work Coordinator certification, desirable
- Tertiary education in Human Resources Management or relatable field, desirable
- Previous hospitality experience will be advantageous
