Working across the business as our Customer Service Administrator, you’ll:

- Provide first class administrative support across the PBPL team, leveraging your exceptional customer service to support the business to respond to growing enquiries.
- Be positioned as the ‘_face of our company’_, overseeing access to and from our Port Office building; helping to ensure the security and safety of our people.
- Build strong relationships with our people, contractors, customers and the community to help us to deliver business outcomes.
- Be empowered to drive continuous improvement and enhance our systems and processes.

- You’re a seasoned administrator and pride yourself on your exceptional customer service and are passionate about helping others.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- You have a lens for continuous improvement and looking for innovative solutions to streamline and enhance processes
