**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience working within a Customer Service role;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Highly organised and ability to multi-task and manage changing workloads;
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office including; Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Teams;
- Ability to build relationships and work with people at all levels.
- Attention to detail
This varied role involves general office administration, as well as:
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
- Review of weekly timesheets for payroll processing
- Maintaining support worker shifts and making sure they are going for their shifts, adding notes and clocking in and out.
- Daily Report and Collection of Participant List
- Daily Report and Collection of Staff Documents
- Daily Reporting of MyCareSpace and Proda everyday.
