Fantastic opportunity for a creative, energised, and hands-on marketer to join our growing company. At AllAces, marketing is about creating awareness of how our highly specialised services and technology can help communities across Australia recover from devastating impacts of natural disasters. You’ll be leading a young team, working closely with the Management Team and reporting directly to the Managing Director.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plan, including SEO, remarketing, PPC and ROI.
- Managing and overseeing our digital strategy, including social media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), website, and SEO.
- Lead and execute SEO web properties including composing new content and building keywords.
- Increase the AllAces brand awareness and optimise our Social Media Presence.
- Tracking, monitoring, and evaluating digital campaigns to ensure optimisation.
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Enabling new sales opportunities and business leads through promotional campaigns, advertising, and new marketing ideas.
- Partner with financial reporting and analytics team to identify trends, pain points and reference material to facilitate conversation and creativity.
- Lead efforts to drive marketing and branding initiatives targeting B2B and B2C clients.
- Manage and coach interns.
- Create daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports.
- Produce and publish monthly newsletters.
- Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies.
- Versatile, ambitious, and ready for a new challenge.

- Proven experience with marketing automation.
- Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.
