**Role Responsibilities**
- **Client Success Management**: Communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure their goals are achieved and expectations exceeded.
- **Performance Optimization**: Leverage analytics to deliver insights, maximize ROI, and inform decision-making for continuous improvement.

**What You Bring to the Role**
- **Leadership Experience**: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role or senior account management role in digital marketing.
- **Campaign Mastery**: Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and audience acquisition strategies.
- **Data-Driven Mindset**: Ability to analyze campaign metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
- **Team-First Attitude**: Proven ability to collaborate effectively and lead by example. Confident in leading and also working as part of a team.
