**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Australian Steel Market business in our Forrestfield team as an Account Coordinator, we have multiple opportunities available to join our dynamic and exciting team.

Being the key customer representative to a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, you'll partner with our customers maintaining our high standards of service delivery.

This role offers a great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain exposure to various parts of the business, allowing you to build your skills and create a pathway for you to grow your career within our large organisation.

**What will you do?**

In these varied and cross-functional opportunities, you will:

- manage the customer experience for your account portfolio
- work with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver products in line with customer business needs
- provide our customers with real-time updates on product and service-related matters
- identify improvements with our systems and processes, assisting with implementing changes for internal teams and customers

As a recent graduate looking to kick start your career, you will bring:

- relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain)
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- good attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutions
- computer competency to learn our IT systems
- a thirst for learning and taking on new challenges and initiatives
