**The Opportunity**

Our **Australian Steel Markets** business is looking for an **Account Coordinator**in our **Customer Service Team** based in **Forrestfield, WA**,**for an initial **12-month fixed-term** contract. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of how we connect with and support our customers. Your initiative and customer-first mindset will be valued every day, with your contribution directly supporting exceptional customer service.

This is a dynamic role where you’ll learn how our business operates from the inside out, supporting a dedicated portfolio of customers and working with teams across the business. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and deeply rewarding, and you’ll be supported every step of the way.

**What Will You Do?**

In this role, you’ll support your own portfolio of customers, being their go-to point of contact. You’ll also:

- help deliver the right products at the right time, aligned to customer needs
- provide updates and insights to customers and internal teams
- collaborate with teams such as supply chain, sales, and operations to provide solutions for customers
- identify improvements with our systems and processes, assisting with implementing changes for internal teams and customers
