**Description**:
Cityview Farm, a thoroughbred horse property located in Gisborne South has a position available for an experienced maintenance person with mechanical skills. The property is 230 acres of undulating land with a recently added large scale irrigation system.

Tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to
- General farm maintenance
- Operating tractors and various other machinery
- Assisting in paddock pasture preparation
- Spraying, trimming and harrowing pasture
- Fencing construction and maintenance
- Operating and maintaining maintenance and irrigation equipment
- Cutting harvesting & baling hay
- Maintaining farm machinery and tools

To be considered for this position you must possess the following
- Competent driving a tractor
- Knowledge of the safety requirements when using high powered equipment
- Experience maintaining and servicing machinery
- Physically fit and strong
- Mechanically minded
- Punctual and reliable
- A drivers’ licence and own transport
- The ability to follow instructions accurately.

The position is available for an immediate start and can be casual, part time or full time for the right person with remuneration dependent on experience.
