McAlary Agriculture is a family owned irrigated cotton farm located at Warren in Central West NSW. We are located 20 minutes from the town of Warren and a hour from Dubbo.

We are seeking a dedicated full time Farm Hand/Machinery Operator to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively support a variety of farm projects, Irrigation, machinery operations, general maintenance, and earthworks

Who We're Looking For:

Experienced Professional: Experience operating farm machinery or willingness to learn on the job, Tractor, excavator or grader experience desirable

Detail-Oriented: Proficient in identifying and addressing minor issues before they escalate.

Team Player: Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to working with others.

Outdoor Enthusiast: Comfortable working in various weather conditions and outdoor environments which can include nightshift and weekends.

Proactive Learner: Eager to gain new skills and contribute to ongoing improvements, basic mechanical and welding skills desirable.

Training and Development:

We offer professional training tailored to your needs, with opportunities to learn and be involved in more advanced tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License and own vehicle
  • Additional certifications such as Chem Cert, Forklift, Truck license are advantageous however not essential.
  • Demonstrated focus on reliability, and strong work ethic
