We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Administrator with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills to be responsible for the planning, management and delivery of administration and general office Administration for a highly successful office.

The duties
- Assisting sales agents with admin support
- Prepare and update pre-listing kits
- Prepare appraisal documentation
- Co-ordinate and attend all appointments for marketing
- Upload all marketing to online portals
- Database management & entry
- General Sales administrative tasks

To be successful you must have previous experience within a real estate admin role in the Real Estate world. You will be professional, with excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to turn your hand to whatever the situation requires. You must be a strong administrator with a flexible and creative personality.
