**About the Role**

As the first point of contact, you will:

- Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients
- Onboard new customers from both warm and cold leads
- Promote and upsell our innovative wireless solutions to help clients thrive
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Use your creativity and quick thinking to solve challenges and deliver solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while deepening your knowledge of tech and telecom

**About You**

You’re someone who is:

- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and sharing exciting products
- Experienced with ERP and CRM systems (preferred)
- Skilled at building rapport and actively listening to clients’ needs
- Experienced in telco sales (an advantage)
- Well-organised with strong time management skills
- Positive, a team player, and eager to learn about technology and communications
- Excellent in verbal, written, and administrative communication, with great attention to detail

This is a full-time 38-hours per week role with an immediate start. Hours of work are Monday - Friday anywhere between 8am - 5pm.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
