**About the Role...**

We are on the lookout for a Sales & Membership Consultant to join our Sharks Health & Fitness Centre team, who has a drive and passion for fitness that is contagious.

This opportunity would be perfect for someone with a sales background and a keen interest working in the fitness industry. You will be the driving force behind membership growth, connecting with potential members and igniting their passion to kickstart their fitness journey.
- Jump right into engaging with our current community of members
- Showcase the benefits of joining our gym and personalising sales tours of the Fitness Centre
- Actively source leads and converting the prospective members
- Create an impression by undertaking follow-ups for enquiries and leads to build the client relationship
- Collaborate with our exceptional Marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotions
- Actively source referrals at Point of Sales
- Meet and greet prospective members and spark excitement about their wellness journey
- Be the zest for life and demonstrate this passion through the sales promotions and other activities via social media
- Responsible for the sale and retention of the Fitness Centres products and services

**To be successful in this role you would need the following**:

- A proven sales and retention experience ideally in the fitness industry
- Vibrant personality, enjoys interacting with people and providing an exceptional customer experience
- Goal orientated, the ability to work towards KPI incentives
- Comfortable using social media to generate leads and market the fitness centre
