Lexus of Brisbane Group - Australia's largest selling Lexus Dealer Group. The Lexus of Brisbane Group is an Australian pioneer Lexus dealer and has grown to encompass five Lexus dealerships in South East Queensland.

Lexus of Southport have a rare opportunity for a Trainee Sales Consultant to join the team.

Working closely within a strong sales team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Welcoming all Guests and enquiries to the dealership
- Building rapport with all dealership Guests
- Understanding Guests needs and ensuring they find the right vehicle for them
- A strong passion for Lexus and other prestige brands
- Maintaining existing database of Lexus Guests
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Previous sales experience, highly regarded
- Ability to meet set targets
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Reliability, dependability, adaptability and punctuality
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with both external and internal customers.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Hold a current manual driver's license (Queensland)
- Hold or ability to obtain a current Motor Vehicle's Salespersons License (Queensland)
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Intermediate PC skills.
