Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for;
Multiyear experience in digital and CX product management or similar roles within an Agile delivery model in large to medium size organisations

Experience in managing an organisations web presence and working with Drupal or similar content management systems

Strong understanding of best practice digital content and UX writing

Experience working in Agile/SAFe/Lean environments

Experience in using optimisation and personalisation techniques and tools

Ability to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the product

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and drive vision and purpose

Ability to communicate with all levels, at all standards of technical knowledge across a diverse cross functional business

This is a permanent full time role reporting into the Head of Digital. You will be based out of our Melbourne Processing Centre in West Melbourne (about 5-10 minutes’ walk from Southern Cross) and will have the flexibility to work from home in our existing hyrid model of working.
