Lifeblood has an inspiring opportunity for you

We are looking for a Product Owner to bring our digital donor experience strategy to life by building features, products, and experiences that our donors and staff love. Our Product Owners lead their team roadmaps, taking ownership of the development of products and solutions that are aligned with the product management strategy.

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for;
Multiyear experience in digital and CX product management or similar roles within an Agile delivery model in large to medium size organisations

Experience working in Agile/SAFe/Lean environments

Ability to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the product

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and drive vision and purpose

Ability to communicate with all levels, at all standards of technical knowledge across a diverse cross functional business

This is a permanent full time role reporting into the Donor Transformation Release Train Engineer. You will be based out of our Melbourne Processing Centre in West Melbourne (about 5-10 minutes’ walk from Southern Cross) and will have the flexibility to work from home for large portions of the week.
