**Your role**:
Our Engineering Function is central to delivering our business strategy as we develop and maintain a fit-for-purpose, effective, and efficient Engineering Management Framework delivering superior engineering services across NGA.

Understanding of competencies, skills, and capability frameworks and experience in developing implementable engineering processes and frameworks will aid you in excelling in this role.
