**Your new company**

Be part of a leading State Government Department who are implementing exciting and new development across all QLD Government Department’s. We are recruiting a Principal HR Consultant to lead a small team and provide advisory and consultancy services.

**Your new role**

In this role, some of your key duties will include:

- Developing, implementing and administering HR and organisational frameworks
- Case Management and workplace investigations
- HR projects including researching, reporting and providing correspondence
- Coordinating the implementation of change activities as well as developing new change strategies

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your key success in this role will be attributed to your previous experience in providing contemporary HR services coupled with a strong focus on customer service. Your ability to lead teams in providing best practise HR support and advice is essential to this role. Additionally, you will have proven ability in implementing HR change activities and a strong HR/ER Generalist skill set.
