Hays Technology are partnered with a** Government** body to appoint a number of Projects and Change roles within their ICT department.

We are seeking** 3 x Principal Change Analysts** to join an exciting program of work, supporting a large-scale technology transformation for a **6-month fixed-term contract.**

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Project Manager and implementation lead, you will work with the team, conducting detailed change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and assisting with training to ensure a successful roll-out of a new software solution across 3 site locations in Queensland.

**Please note: Travel to site is a requirement of this role. There may also be a need to reside on site for an extended period of time.**

**What you'll need to succeed**

You have** 5+ years’ experience as a Change Analyst** that has supported **large-scale technology transformations** within the Public Sector. You will be able to effectively engage with diverse stakeholder groups and will be comfortable taking initiative.

You'll also have:

- High-level capabilities planning and delivering change activities
- Experience supporting and mentoring change teams

**What you'll get in return**

You’ll receive an **A07 fortnightly salary between $4867.60 - $5223.80 + 12.25% Super** for the duration of the contract as well as **paid for travel and accommodation and Living Away From Home allowances**.
