**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**
As a Development Assessment Planner, join a fast-track team in a contract position with exposure to residential, industrial and commercial projects. Work internally with a collaborative team and liaise with Development and Design professionals. 35-hour week with flexible start and finish times. Continually grow professional relationships within Council and play a vita role in providing technical advice on the outcome of your assessments.
**DUTIES.**
- Process development assessments for residential, industrial and commercial projects
- Provide expert technical advice to Council customers
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- Degree in Planning or other relevant qualifications
- Prior experience within the planning industry, ideally within Local Government
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great understanding of the EPA, LGA 1993 and other relevant legislations
