**Your Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Business Services Assistant to join our growing team.
You will have the opportunity to kick start your career and provide high quality administrative services in a professional environment.
**Your duties**:
As a Business Services Assistant in our team, you will be involved in a broad range of duties such as:
- Printing, photocopying, scanning and finishing documents
- Mail and courier operation
- Administration support including processing supplier invoices
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and practices to enhance the service offering
- Working closely with the team to ensure the seamless operation of the business services team
**We welcome applicants who have**:
- 1-2+ years' experience in a similar role in a professional environment
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including in Word and Excel, MS Teams & Outlook
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people at all levels
