Workers Compensation Case Manager | 5 week initially | long term leave cover | Up to $553 per day + super
**Your new company**
You will be working with a local government organisation in the heart of Sydney CBD to cover long term leave for 5 weeks.
**Your new role**
- Assist with managing workers comp claims.
- Processing of provider invoices
- Calculating and processing of wage payments
- Liaising with injured workers, treatment providers to discuss the claims process and recovery at work.
- Establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with multiple stakeholders and consulting to achieve strategic objectives.
**What you'll need to succeed**

- Demonstrated extensive experience in the management of workers compensation claims preferably in a self-insured environment.
- Experience in the management of workplace injury management programs and in implementing best practice return to work strategies
- Experience assisting injured employees that can be distressed, angry or display challenging behaviour.
- Ability to deliver consistent outcomes within a high volume environment.
**What you'll get in return**
- Minimum 5 weeks temporary assignment with potential for extension.
- Competitive day rate of between $440.00 to $553.34 + super per day.
- Work in the heart of Sydney
