Wymap People have an exciting opportunity for experienced Cargo Flight Clerks to join their team, working for one of Australia’s largest ground handling companies.

Main Accountabilities include but will not be restricted or limited to:

- Process documentation at freight acceptance and delivery.
- Complete AVI check sheets and process.
- Handling of animals and assisting with screening of Cargo
- Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving customer complaints.
- Complete general filing and other office duties.
- Hold and maintain a valid ASIC.
- Other tasks as directed.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Possess strong Cargo System and Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
- Possess customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be willing and able to work shift work

**Salary**: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brighton-Le-Sands NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
