About the Role

Reporting to the Group Manager, Digital Transformation and Product, this role is responsible for driving improvements on our business-critical CRM system for better business outcomes for our Specialist Groups customers. You will drive CRM product development projects and enhancements to the CRM platform and will translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. You have a customer first attitude and comfortable with ambiguity in a complex work environment.

You will engage with business stakeholders across the Specialist Groups customers to understand data related requirements and oversee the design and implementation of data products to meet business project specific needs. In addition, you will support the data and analytics teams through utilisation of data design best practices in line with data management and data governance standards, resulting in creating a quality decision-making process for the business.

**Key Duties include but are not limited to**:
Drive end-to-end CRM product development and customer data intelligence projects from inception to delivery and work with other teams to identify areas where CRM can effectively drive business improvement.

Capture business requirements and translate them into technical requirements - acting as the bridge between business and IT.

Identify potential solutions including leading discussions with internal IT teams and/or with vendors.

Collaborate with IT project managers to ensure a structured project is stood up and delivered through proper planning and monitoring.

Ability to report back to key stakeholders on the progress of key initiatives and benefits achieved using the CRM platform.

Maximise the value of the CRM platform by utilising it to improve business processes and the way we interact with our stakeholders.

Own the strategic roadmap for the CRM system and Customer Data Intelligence systems - maintain and rebalance the backlog of projects based on business needs.

Ensure that maximum business value is consistently reflected in a well-maintained backlog that reflects prioritisation based on key business drivers.

Assist the IT team in implementing the CRM and Customer Data Intelligence changes based on business requirements.

A key element will be to identify how the front-end user experience can be enhanced by working with external Partners to develop such enhancements.

About you

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and significant Business and/or technical experience; must demonstrate track record of success in a similar position.

Experience working project management products and tools.

Extensive experience in data analytics, data flows, data integration and how systems can help with data accuracy and quality.

Business acumen and empathy, good understand of key business drivers and strategies, identifying business needs, and implementing the most appropriate solutions.

Knowledge of CRM platforms and ERP systems and understanding of how they are used in various business scenarios.

Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to work across all business units.

High level organisational skills, attention to detail and able to prioritise and meet deadlines within a fast-paced work environment.

Comfortable working closely with business stakeholders at all levels and able to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
