About the Role

You will be part of our Specialist Groups Marketing team, reporting to the Group Manager, Digital Transformation and Product. We are looking for a talented eCommerce Product Owner to take responsibility for gathering requirements to ensure business objectives are met for the eCommerce solutions during the design, development, execution and enhancement phases.

You will be responsible for developing and executing programs that will enable us to improve the customer experience and drive business growth. We are building a digital ecosystem that is specifically designed to unlock the full value of the distribution network, provide real-time visibility and ease of use for our customers. Our eCommerce platform will provide our businesses and brands with deep data insights into trends and behaviours and helps identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.

**Key Duties include but are not limited to**:
Own the strategic roadmap for the eCommerce systems improvements and key websites and ensure the business requirements maintain that strategic direction.

Work with business stakeholders, technology teams, and other parties to scope, define and deliver accurate and clear business requirements and business analysis for eCommerce and key websites.

Perform sound business analysis and lead the definition of requirements as well as support the technical project team throughout the implementation process.

Identify gaps and customer pain points within the current state and build solutions into the business requirements.

Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources; lead workshops and initiate team meetings.

Support testing activities such as test case reviews, systems Integration test support and user acceptance testing

About you

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and significant Business and/or technical experience; must demonstrate track record of success in a similar position.

Proficient in project management disciplines from requirements gathering through to implementation of functional solutions.

Extensive experience in data analytics, data flows, data integration and how systems can help with data accuracy and quality.

Business acumen and empathy, good understand of key business drivers and strategies, identifying business needs, and implementing the most appropriate solutions.

Knowledge of CRM platforms and ERP systems and understanding of how they are used in various business scenarios.

Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to work across all business units.

High level organisational skills, attention to detail and able to prioritise and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working closely with business stakeholders at all levels and able to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams.

Strong stakeholder management skills to be able to work across many businesses and many teams to gather what is required.
