**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has become available in our Eagle Farm office for a talented and passionate HR Generalist who is looking for career development and wants to be part of a truly global business. You will be reporting to the HR Manager, as part of a new HR & Payroll team.

**About the opportunity**:

- Actively coaching and business partnering with leaders within your own client group, providing HR advice and solutions on a broad range of generalist HR activities.
- Performing end to end recruitment for your client group.
- Contributing to and driving our company values by way of HR initiatives and change management programs.
- Playing a major role in developing and implementing talent management, leadership and development, diversity and inclusion and engagement activities across the business.
- Assisting in building the EVP and HR Branding framework.
- Occasional travel to our various sites in QLD, WA and SA.

**About you**:

- Degree qualified in HR.
- 5+ years of experience in a HR generalist role with a bias towards recruitment and organisational development
- Confident influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders, particularly blue collar.
- Fun, innovative and daring.
- Exposure to Success Factors (or similar) beneficial but not essential.
