**About the role**:
As part of the eRoster team you will coordinate rosters for staff working in our Residential care homes, ensuring cost effective and timely allocation of shifts.

If you have a positive attitude, strong communication and customer service skills, able to remain calm in a fast paced, high pressure environment and have a passion for helping people, then this is the job for you

The eRoster team work over a 7 day shift roster. In this casual position you may cover weekday or weekend shifts. The hours of business span from 5.30am to 8.00pm.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Experience working in a customer service role, with particular knowledge of best practice rostering procedures in complex, multidisciplinary 24/7 industry
- Effective communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with staff and managers to coordinate shifts
- Sound knowledge of Rostering, Payroll process and Time Capture systems including experience undertaking systems administration functions to keep the Rostering system up to date
- Experience in MS Office, including Excel and Word
- Well developed capacity to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with mínimal supervision
- Commitment to deliver a high level of customer service and continuous improvement
