**About the role**:
As part of the Property team you will coordinate the Asset Maintenance programs and provide administrative support to the team.
There are 2 positions available, one full time (38 hours per week) and a part time position at 24 hours per week.
**To be successful you will need**:

- Experience in the delivery of asset maintenance programs.
- Experience liaising with contractors, service providers and project stakeholders.
- Demonstrated planning, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise works with regard to compliance, safety, improvement, etc.
- Ability to collect information for budgets.
- Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately, both in writing and verbally, with residents and employees at all levels within the Organisation.
- Ability to identify potential conflict, anticipate problems and develop proactive solutions.
- A commitment to a high level of customer service and continuous improvement.
- A willingness to adopt change and embrace technology with a focus on electronic maintenance systems.
- Current NSW drivers licence.
