**Position Overview**:As a Rostering Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination of our support staff. Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating and managing staff rosters efficiently and effectively.
- Utilizing ENTIRE HR software to monitor and adjust rosters based on changing requirements. 9KNowledge of this is desirable not essential)
- Collaborating with team members to allocate appropriate resources.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Handling scheduling conflicts and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist community liaison to select suitable support workers to match participants requirements

**Key Qualifications**:To succeed in this role, you should possess:

- Proven experience as a Rostering Officer or similar role.
- Ensure Shifts are filled in alignment with Rostering guidelines, maintaining community sector legislation and SCHADS award
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication abilities to liaise effectively with staff and management.
- Problem-solving skills to address rostering challenges and conflicts.

- Pass a National Criminal History Check
- Valid Drivers license
- NDIS screening card
- Ndis workers orientation module certificate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong knowledge and experience in NDIS/Mental Health
- Strong computer skills
- Professional Manner with the ability to communicate at all levels
- strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
- Highly organised.
- Professional phone manner

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
