**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Roster Officer** to be part of our Human Resources team within the People & Capability Command in the NSW Police Force. This position is located in our newly refurbished office at Sydney Olympic Park. The Roster Officer provides efficient and effective coordination and management of the rostering portfolio, utilising all human resources available to achieve corporate, community and command requirements. The role works within a small team of 8 people to provide expert rostering services to the various business units within the Command. This includes the preparation and maintenance of rosters in accordance with industrial award entitlements.
- An eye for detail and the ability to problem solve.
- Experience in electronic systems such as Kronos and expertise in Microsoft Excel.
