**THE POSITION**

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Automotive Yard Team Leader. An exciting opportunity for a proactive Leader to assist in planning, leading, and ensuring the Yard operations run effectively and efficiently.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensure the received vehicles are parked into designated areas, with their locations entered into the system
- Assist the Operations Supervisor/ Manager in achieving set KPIs.
- Monitoring of wharf movements
- Monitoring of KPI’s
- Ensure Damages and incidents are actioned and reported in a timely manner
- Perform or assist with quality audits and implement any corrective actions where necessary
- Ensuring that processes are being followed and rosters are complied with
- Implementing training for personnel and monitor skill levels as required
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the branch
- Administrative duties as needed

- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Reliable and a dedicated person with drive and energy
- Experience leading and managing a team is beneficial
- Willing to support your team mates where needed
- Show initiative and flexibility in your approach to work
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Track record of responsibility when handling high profile assets
