Yard Space Innovations is a leading lawn and garden maintenance company dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor spaces that our clients love and enjoy. We're seeking a skilled and motivated person to lead our dedicated crew in delivering high-quality landscaping projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform range of lawn / garden maintenance and landscape operations
- Lead small teams of skilled and hardworking gardeners and landscapers
- Operate a range of gardening equipment and machinery
- Project Management, planning and scheduling
- Maintain high quality work standards
- Ensure safety and compliance on the site
- Deliver an outstanding customer service to all customers
- Administration duties such as time tracking, reporting, quoting etc

**About You**:

- 4+ years experience in gardening/landscaping
- Open driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Practical thinker and problem solver
- Skills in leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge and proficiency of tools and machinery

Any qualifications or certificates in landscaping, construction, WHS, or tickets machinery operation will be an advantage.

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
