**Team Leader - Yard**

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join our fantastic yard based on the Northside of Brisbane for a permanent position.

Based in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane, our client is a national leader in the sales and distribution of beverages and hospitality equipment such as beer, wine, spirits, bar equipment and much more

This DC receives and stores bulk pallets of stock which is then broken down into single items and picked, dispatched and delivered restaurants, bars and clubs across Queensland.

**Tasks will include**:

- Reporting to the Day Manager
- Maintain yard presentation to agreed standards
- Responsible for unloading of all inbound trucks and the returning Liquid fleet (yard and loading docks) - empty kegs / redeliveries / etc.
- Ensure POD’s of inbound deliveries - report breakages etc.
- Agreed standards in staging inbound stock - pre
- receipting
- Consolidation of empty keg fleets - ensure weekly stocktake in completed within agreed timelines
- Consolidation & return (de-hire) of Chep pallets - ensure weekly stocktake in completed & distributed
- Track all pallet movement, sign off documentation - transfers
- Manage effective industrial waste removal (weekly collection)
- Removal of all rubbish & debris in yard
- Support warehouse team if required - pick & pack, putaways etc.
