**Job** **Description**
- Obtaining rental listings from various channels, clients and sources， establish and maintain client relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Rental open inspections and private appointments
- Advertisements (posting, channel and management)
- New rental property inspections and administration
- Assist in manage property portfolios using cloud-based management tools
- Housing repairs & maintenance management for urgent condition
- Manage arrears
- Manage general and ad hoc administration duties as requested by management and support the wider organization
- Get Rent listing and develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure they receive outstanding services

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
- AT least 2 years working experience in property leasing/sales
- Valid Real Estate sales certificate/ or license
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable car
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Have a high level of attention to details
- Full work rights in Australia

**Salary**: $60,412.18 - $80,000.97 per year
