**_What You’ll Do:_**
- **_Strategic HR Leadership:_**_ Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organisation goals, fostering growth, innovation, and a culture of continuous improvement._
- **_Talent Management:_**_ Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and leadership development to meet our organisations needs._
- **_Performance Management:_**_ Manage performance processes, succession planning, and leadership coaching to retain and develop our educational teams._
- **_Regulatory Compliance: _**_Interpreting Awards, employment laws, and compliance for staff record keeping._
- **_Payroll: _**_Responsibility for end-to-end payroll, ensuring compliance to company procedures, payroll adjustments, leave reconciliations terminations and other associated payroll tasks_
**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- _Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and reference checks._
- _Ensure seamless onboarding and compliance with HR policies and payroll processes._
- _Lead performance management, including grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives._
- _Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policies._
- _Ensure compliance with employment laws and best HR practices._
- _Employee Support: Address employee HR-related queries, assist in organising engagement initiatives, conduct performance reviews,_
- _Policy & Procedure Management: Continuously review and improve HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with best practices and legal requirements._
- _Workers Compensation: Manage workers compensation processes and liaise with providers to support affected employees._
- _Project Participation: Participate in and lead HR-related projects, ensuring successful implementation and completion._
- _Workplace Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with WHS policies and legislation, promoting a safe work environment._
**_Qualifications:_**
- _Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field._
- _3+ years HR experience, ideally in early childhood education_
- _Expertise in HR principles, employment laws, and employee engagement._
- _Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills._
- _Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite._
