Our client is a specialist investor at the centre of efforts to help deliver on Australia's ambitions for a thriving, low emissions future. They are an independent statutory authority of the Australian Government.

This is a new created Melbourne based role reporting into the Associate Director of the Government and Stakeholder Relations (GSR) team. If you are a super user of Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Salesforce and have strong business analyst, stakeholder and change management skills, then this is the role for you.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving the CRM system to extract maximum value by owning the data quality and introducing strategies, processes and practices to improve data quality and value
- Advise on optimisation and refinement opportunities of the system to achieve business objectives
- Develop routine feed in of quality contact data from across the business
- Manage permissions and access levels
- Document process and procedures and training modules to drive adopting and usage of the system across the business
- The ability to capture business requirements and work with developers and IT to implement

You will have:

- High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (or Salesforce) - more than 2 years experience preferable
- Experience in change management in medium-sized organisations to deploy innovative business solutions
- Business analyst skills
- Demonstrated experience in data literacy and strong understanding of data types and data flows
- Excellent stakeholder skills and a genuine interest in acquiring knowledge of Australia's government, industry sectors and decarbonisation challenges
- Possess a relevant qualification, preferably at tertiary level
