We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a full-time Hybrid HubSpot CRM Specialist. Located in Melbourne, AU, this role offers flexibility with up to four days of work-from-home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising CRM systems to drive customer relationships and sales processes forward.

A key focus area includes analysing CRM data, developing and implementing effective CRM strategies, providing support to the sales team, and ensuring seamless communication with clients.

This specialist will also play a vital role in project management, coordinating with various departments to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a focus on optimisation
  • Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination
  • Proven Project Management skills to efficiently manage CRM-related projects
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and thrive in both in-office and remote settings
  • HubSpot CRM experience is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
