Your Role

As a Therapy Assistant, you’ll work alongside allied health professionals to support participants in achieving their therapy goals. You’ll assist with implementing therapy programs, documenting progress, and ensuring every interaction reflects our values of dignity, clarity, and care.

Key Responsibilities
- Support participants with therapy-based activities under supervision of qualified therapists
- Assist with mobility, communication, and daily living skill development
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress reports
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure holistic, person-centred care
- Travel locally to participant homes, schools, or community settings as needed

What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or working towards it)
- Experience supporting people with disability (NDIS experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a respectful, empathetic approach
- Reliable, organised, and committed to ethical practice
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Gold Coast region
