**About the Role**:
Some of the work will be in person, and some online.
The position starts with 8 hours a week, but we would also like someone who has some availability to work on weekend workshops if needed in the future and has the availability to take on more hours in the future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling & Calendar Management**:

- Coordinate personal and professional appointments.
- Manage travel schedules, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and arranging personal deliveries.
- **Travel and Event Support**:

- Organize personal events, dinners, and gatherings.
- Assist with preparation for speaking engagements, coordinating with event organizers and managing logistics.
- Plan and organize both personal and business travel, ensuring all details are handled smoothly.
- **Personal Finances**:

- Assist with managing personal finances, including bill payments, expense tracking, and coordination with accountants.
- **Client & Partner Relations**:

- Act as a gatekeeper for personal communication, filtering requests and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate with high-profile clients, partners, and friends on personal matters.
- **Health & Wellness**:

- Schedule and manage personal wellness appointments, including doctor visits, fitness sessions, and therapy.
- Coordinate with nutritionists, trainers, and other health professionals.
- **Social Media Management (Personal)**:

- Manage personal social media accounts, responding to messages.
- Monitor online presence and manage reputation.

You must be **confident** and be able to **work independently** with a sense of urgency while maintaining a **calm, friendly** and **positive disposition**. You will have a natural ability to connect and **build relationships** to help promote a positive culture and workplace. You will be **articulate** and an **effective communicator** with a calm, can-do attitude attitude.
Must be located in Gold Coast and willing to travel to Mermaid Waters. Availability to start as soon as possible.
