**Role Purpose**:

As a Client Services Officer, you will continue our culture of strong and warm relationships, and outstanding client experience. You will assist clients, families and referrers effectively and to efficiently gain access to allied health therapy services.
This role is a key contributor to maintaining Therapy Pro’s organisational culture, supporting client experience thereby participating in the achievement of the organisations purpose and delivering on strategic and operational outcomes.
**You will**:
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support those making enquiries.
- Provide quotes and follow up referrals in a timely manner.
- Maintain administrative workflow with enquiries and allocating referrals to therapists.
- Develop and manage relationships with referrers including Support Coordinators and clients, coordination of appointments and serving as a central point of contact for any updates or change.
- Maintain client documentation in our client relationship management systems.
- Carry out other administrative duties as requested.
- Use your customer service skills to build relationships and create a positive first impression of Therapy Pro.
- Build relationships and maintain rapport with Clients, Support Coordinators, Plan managers and all other direct queries received by Therapy Pro.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests.
**Essential Requirements**:
- The ability to work autonomously, based from home, and manage one’s time in a complex environment often characterised by competing priorities and the need for quality work.
- Comfortable using technology and online tools.
