**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with proven administration, project coordination and accounts skills within a construction and/or retail warehousing environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative and project coordination support to senior managers and technical services within the Darling Irrigation business
- Producing and updating documents in Word and Excel
- Updating and maintaining company database for new projects
- Processing foreign currency purchase orders, customer invoices and reconciliation of projects prior to closure
- Overseeing the product ordering process for both domestic and foreign currency
- End-of-month processing including project cost allocation and reporting
- Working as part of a team across branches to achieve results as directed.

**About You**

You will have experience working in project coordination and administration within a construction or rural business. Ideally you will have a Certification in Project Management or Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping and/or experience working with Excel spreadsheets and reconciliation of projects. Import experience would also be an advantage in the role.

Other skills and experiences will include general administration using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, problem solving skills and effective interpersonal skills.
