Your Role

Reporting to the Project Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in a small projects team by ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects through exceptional administrative support. You will work closely with Project Managers to manage contracts, coordinate project activities, and support day-to-day office operations.  Duties include:

  • Support Project Managers with new job set up, contracts, invoicing, and project administration
  • Coordinate deliveries, subcontractor documentation, warranties, certifications, and project handovers
  • Manage QSE maintenance and assist with compliance tasks
  • Oversee office administration, supplies, and reception cover
  • Facilitate weekly project meetings and post-project reviews

Other Details

This role is full time Monday – Friday, and located in Mount Gambier with a salary guide of $75K- $90K+ Super and more  You may be a looking to take the next step in your career, and support a great team of professionals with your admin and people skills.
