- About the role
- We are looking for a Support Officer to join the supporting Rural Products team on a full-time, permanent, basis.
- As our Rural Products Support Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service and logistics support to the Branch Rural Products team. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.**Responsibilities**:
- Provide a complete delivery service for getting rural products to clients-
- Perform the storage, handling, receiving and dispatching of stock in a safe manner-
- Assist with stock take and other rural products logistics support activities as needed-
- Assisting with stock inventories and displays-
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending the Elders range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business-
- Co-ordinating client queries or referring to specialised employeesAbout you

- Are committed to the provision of high-quality customer service-
- Work effectively under pressure with the ability to manage multiple demands-
- Are able to work independently and have good time management skills-
- Have a driver’s licence-
- A forklift licence, or the willingness to become licenced after undertaking training offered by Elders-
- Basic knowledge of general merchandise products and safe storage & handling practices would be an advantage but not essential as would previous sales experienceAbout Elders
