We have a great part-time opportunity for a Micro Space Planner to join the National Merchandise team based in Macquarie Park on a 12 Month FTC, 3 days per week.

The objective of this role is to design and build quality planograms in JDA, that optimise space productivity and planogram performance. This will encapsulate optimal Space Planning, Merchandise principles and best practices, ensuring that they are Customer and Category led, that also benefit both Retailers and Metcash sales and profit.

What you’ll do

To compile and manage planograms on a National & State level to the standards required by the business

Analyse consumer insights and present shelf recommendations based on a category strategy

Provide detailed shelf analysis to category managers along with recommendations which improve shelf efficiencies and retailer profit

Work with Category Managers & key Vendor Partners, delivering Category planograms that are both Customer centric and affluent aligned

Ensure data integrity of Product Library

**What you'll bring**:
Intermediate knowledge of space management tools (Ideally JDA Space Planning).

An understanding of shelf management principles and supermarket merchandising processes

Excellent analytical and Excel skills

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills

Robust attention to detail and organisation skills

Enthusiasm, can do attitude and willing to learn new skills
