We are a boutique town planning consultancy based in the Macarthur Region (South-western Sydney). We offer a range of town planning services for small to medium builders, individual clients, various consultants and stakeholders in the development industry. Our projects spread across all of NSW. Every project is unique so we work one on one with our clients to provide a customised service to the needs of each project.
- About the role_
As a town planner within the business, your primary role will be to prepare reports in accordance with the relevant government policies whilst providing town planning support and services to our clients.
Day to day tasks of the role include:
- Providing town planning advice to consultants, clients, developers and builders
- Preparation of Statement of Environmental Effects and Clause 4.6 variations
- Management and liaison with Council and certifiers throughout the DA, CC or CDC process,
- Liaise with clients and consultants,
- Project Management of the DA, CC or CDC process.
The role includes flexibility and also includes the ability to work from home up to two (2) days per week.

- Skills and experience_
The successful applicant must have:
- Bachelors of Urban and Regional Planning or equivalent
- Min. 2 years experience in a similar town planning or development assessment related role
- Graduates will be considered where understanding of the EP&A Act and plan reading can be demostrated
- Must have town planning experience within NSW
- Driver’s licence
- Strengths should include hard working, flexibility, keen to learn and progress, ability to adapt, organisational skills, people skills, ability to manage multiple projects.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
