We are looking for 1 receptionist to work on a casual/ part-time basis in Underwood physiotherapy clinic. Must be available Wednesday's and Thursday's.

There will be a month of probation period.

The successful applicant will:
Be friendly, courteous and empathetic to patients

Be responsible and reliable

Be able to manage the practice software patient booking system and physiotherapist appointment scheduling.

Processing payments and invoice generation

Have excellent word processing skills

Effectively maintain appropriate physiotherapy records via our electronic note taking and filing system

Have strong computing skills and a good understanding of IT

Have a high level of interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner

Be able to multi-task whilst working as part of a busy team, but also at times be able to work independently without supervision

User of Facebook and Instagram

Function in a highly organized and time efficient manner at all times

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Underwood, QLD 4119: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
